1. You may search for your desired service first or select “Log In” at top right hand corner
2. Provide guest information by choosing an option from the drop down menu & select “Next”
3. Select your service category for full selection of services
4. Select your desired service & select “Next”
5. Choose an employee & select “Next”
6. Select your date & time, then select “Find openings”
7. Choose the date & time that work for you OR select “Scan next 7 days”
8. Verify your service provider & starting price
9. Add any notes if needed
10. Select “Register/Log In” if you are not yet logged in
11. Enter your email login & password OR “Sign up now” to create an account
12. Read cancellation policy
13. Check box to agree to cancellation policy
14. Select “Book Appointment”

Q: How do I get started?
A: Select “Log In” at top right hand corner of page to sign in or create an account; OR search for desired service, date & time, and register/log in at end to schedule.
Q: What if I want to schedule appointments for family or group members?
A: If you are set up as the head of household for your family members, each family member will be available to select for scheduling. Call guest services at 913-671-7777 to add your spouse/child to your account; OR select “Me + # guests” and provide their contact information to schedule an appointment for them. First & last name, phone number and email address are required for each guest.
Q: What if I change my mind after I have scheduled the appointment?
A: You are able to cancel your appointments online up to 48 hours in advance. Log in to your account, then go to your appointments and select cancel appointment. To cancel appointments within 48 hours of your appointment, we would like the opportunity to personally assist you over the phone. Please call 913-671-7777 to speak with Guest Services. 100% of the total costs of services not cancelled within 24/48 hours before the appointment will be charged to the credit card on file.
Q: How do I change my Online Scheduling System password?
A: Select “Log In”, choose “Forgot Password,” enter your email address & click “Reset.” You will receive a link to create a new password.
Q: Why am I not able to schedule hair coloring services online?
A: At this time, hair coloring services may not be scheduled online. If you wish to schedule a hair color service, please call Guest Services at 913-671-7777 for personal assistance. We apologize for any inconvenience.
