This Full or Part-Time position is responsible for assisting Advanced, Senior, and Master level stylists. Daily duties include shampooing, assisting in color applications, salon maintenance and client care. You’ll have an opportunity to work with some of the best stylists in Kansas City, while training with and receiving education from world renowned product lines and companies.

Required Skill Sets:

• Prior Customer Service or Hospitality Experience preferred.

• Cash management skills.

Leadership and Development:

• Leverage available openings in the salon & spa schedule by offering additional services to clients in person and on the phone.

• Manage complaint issues as they arise ensuring clients are completely satisfied with all services.

• Hours: Up to 40 hours per week (part time-full time); Availability to work varied shifts from Monday-Saturday, 8am-8pm
