This Full or Part-Time position is responsible for assisting Advanced, Senior, and Master level stylists. Daily duties include shampooing, assisting in color applications, salon maintenance and client care. You’ll have an opportunity to work with some of the best stylists in Kansas City, while training with and receiving education from world renowned product lines and companies.

Required Skill Sets:

• Prior Customer Service or Hospitality Experience preferred.

• Cash management skills.

• Proficient computer skills and scheduling software is preferred, but not required.

• Superior communication skills when assisting all clients over the phone and in person.

• Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

• Physically capable of standing for periods of time and walking up and down stairs.

Leadership and Development:

• Responsible for engaging and assisting clients by educating on service offerings.

• Build a professional relationship with the Service Providers and educate yourself on all services/ products offered.

• Oversee scheduling of clients within the salon & spa to ensure Service Professionals maximize productivity to meet sales goals.

• Leverage available openings in the salon & spa schedule by offering additional services to clients in person and on the phone.

• Manage complaint issues as they arise ensuring clients are completely satisfied with all services.

• Hours: Up to 40 hours per week (part time-full time); Availability to work varied shifts from Monday-Saturday, 8am-8pm

Benefits: $18-$22 per/hour. Compensation is negotiable, pending graduated level(s) of experience. Compensation is a combination of hourly and commission rates. Additional bonus opportunities after 90 days of employment.
