Mia’s interest include philosophy, anthropology and psychology and she attended Metropolitan Community College to learn more about these subjects. She’s also interested in gender studies and herbalism and loves to evaluate cultural, social, and historical patterns to better understand the human experience. In her own time, you will find Mia creating art. Her preferred medium is polymer clay but she also loves ceramics, painting, drawing, creating 3-D sculptures, as well as writing music and singing. She draws inspiration from her connections, the natural world, folklore, magic and simply observing others in the day-to-day. Mia is empathetic and is always hungry for knowledge and making connections.
Fun fact: The majority of things I learn are completely auditory (such as singing) and because of this, I’m pretty good at impersonation.”
