Lexi graduated from Abilene High School in Abilene, KS and then went on to attend Washburn and Wichita State University. She held various jobs — one of which was a 911 Dispatcher — before deciding to go to Cosmetology School at Hays Academy in Salina, KS.
She started doing hair in 2022 and came to bijin in 2023. Currently, she is working toward certification in Wella Color and recently completed a Wella Color Insider (level 1) class.
Lexi proved her strong attention to detail and artful eye from an early age; “My Mom thought I was tracing the drawings I was creating at the age of five because they were so good! She made me sit at the kitchen table and draw her pictures freehand to prove it,” she laughs!
Fun Fact: “When I was young, my neighbors had lion cubs and I played in the pen with them. Unfortunately, there is no photo evidence of this so you just have to believe me!”
