Kristen completed Cosmetology School through her high school Vo-tech program in 2003. After working in salons for seven years, she returned to school to be a Cosmetology Instructor. Kristen has attended trade shows for both Cosmetology and Esthetics. She ventured to Hot Springs, AR to get certified for Teaching Skills USA and received her license to teach secondary students cosmetology for about five years.
Coming to bijin with lots of experience in the industry, Kristen enjoys her role in Guest Services. “I love going above and beyond to help others and it makes my day to make someone else smile,” she says.
Fun fact: “I used to think I was a cat person. But my dog, Captain Biscuits, has quickly changed that!”
