Aileen graduated from Park University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Currently, she is working toward getting a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and hopes to be a part of the psychology behind a business.
“Studying psychology was such a game changer for me! I’ve learned so much about different personalities, behaviors and perspectives in both business and in life.” When Aileen was in high school, she became certified in Peer Mediation which continues to help her navigate through conflict both professionally and personally. She’s also bilingual — fluent in both Spanish and English and even understands some French!
Fun fact: “I am from a huge family! I have five sisters, two brothers and five puppies!”
