REGISTER FOR ONLINE SCHEDULING
1. Select the Click Here to Register Link
2. Enter your Contact Information, Password, and your Credit Card details
3. Select Register Now
4. Select OK
5. Enter your Email Address & Password
6. Select Log In
1. Enter your email address
2. Enter your password
3. Select Log In
BOOK AN APPOINTMENT; SELECT SEARCH AVAILABILITY
1. Choose Appointment Date and Time; Select Go to Step 2
2. Schedule your Service by choosing:
a. From Past Service; Select Go to Step 4 (this will retain the Past Service Provider as well)
b. Try a New Service; Select the Category, Service and Go to Step 3
3. Select the Employee; Select Go to Step 4 (“Any Employee” may not reflect the final price)
4. Select Search Availability or Add Another Service
a. Select Book! to continue to schedule your appointment
b. Select Cancel to search again
c. If Book! is selected, a message will display the appointment details
d. Select Book! again to schedule your appointment. A notification will display once the appointment is complete
You have successfully scheduled your appointment. An appointment confirmation will be sent to your email address.

Q: How do I get started?
A: Register for Online Scheduling and agree to the Online Scheduling Policy to create your Customer Account. After registering, you may access the Online Scheduling System.
Q: What if I want to schedule appointments for family or group members?
A: Everyone in your family or group can also establish an account to use our Online Scheduling System. For communication purposes and to prevent appointment mishaps, we require all appointments to be scheduled using the Customer Account of the client receiving the service.
Q: What if I change my mind after I have scheduled the appointment?
A: If you need to change or cancel an appointment we would like the opportunity to personally assist you over the phone. Please call 913-671-7777 to speak with Guest Services. 50% of the total costs of services not cancelled within 24 hours before the appointment will be charged to your credit card.
Q: Can I change my Online Scheduling System password?
A: Yes, we recommend that you change your password periodically. To review or change your contact information and password select the tab My Account. Don’t forget to select Update Profile to save your new information.
Q: Why am I not able to schedule hair coloring services online? A: At this time, hair coloring services are not able to be scheduled online. If you wish to schedule a hair color service, please call Guest Services at 913-671-7777 for personal assistance. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Q: Are you having problems downloading Silverlight, have already downloaded Silverlight but it’s asking you to download it again, or telling you that your version is outdated?
A: Try using Mozilla Firefox browser. Google Chrome is currently not supporting Microsoft Silverlight.
