REGISTER FOR ONLINE SCHEDULING

  1. Select the Register or Log In to Schedule your Appointment Now Link
  2. Select LOGIN (upper right hand corner)
  3. Select Sign Up Now!
  4. Enter your Email Address, Password and confirm Password; select NEXT
  5. Enter your Profile Information, view and agree to the Terms and Conditions; select NEXT
  6. Enter your Credit Card Information, view and agree to the Cancellation Policy; select NEXT
  7. Select REMINDER SETTINGS and CREATE ACCOUNT

SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

  1.  Select BOOK A SERVICE or BOOK FROM HISTORY
    a. From BOOK A SERVICE select Service Category and desired Service; select NEXT. Select ANY EMPLOYEE or SPECIFIC EMPLOYEE and NEXT
    b. From BOOK FROM HISTORY select the previously scheduled service and NEXT
  2. Schedule the Date and Time and select FIND OPENINGS
  3. Select Appointment
  4. View and agree to the Online Reservation/Cancellation Policy and select RESERVE NOW
  5. ADD TO CALENDAR and select TAKE ME HOME to schedule another appointment

Q: How do I get started?
A: Register for Online Scheduling and agree to the Online Reservation/Cancellation Policy to create your Customer Account. After registering, you may access the Online Scheduling System.

Q: What if I want to schedule appointments for family or group members?
A: Everyone in your family or group can also establish an account to use our Online Scheduling System. For communication purposes and to prevent appointment mishaps, we require all appointments to be scheduled using the Customer Account of the client receiving the service.

Q: What if I change my mind after I have scheduled the appointment?
A: If you need to change or cancel an appointment we would like the opportunity to personally assist you over the phone. Please call 913-671-7777 to speak with Guest Services. 50% of the total costs of services not cancelled within 24/48 hours before the appointment will be charged to the credit card on file.

Q: Can I change my Online Scheduling System password?
A: Yes, we recommend that you change your password periodically. To review or change your contact information and password select Profile and Change Your Password.

Q: Why am I not able to schedule hair coloring services online?
A: At this time, hair coloring services are not able to be scheduled online. If you wish to schedule a hair color service, please call Guest Services at 913-671-7777 for personal assistance. We apologize for any inconvenience.
